Sara Maldon is a high energy and driven leader in the AI space that helps

companies to understand the value AI brings for their business. From automation, to RAG and fine-tuning, she’s lead AI projects of all kinds to unlock new customer value and deliver on business goals faster. As Head of Business Automation & AI at Make by Celonis, she leads efforts to deliver impactful automation, empower teams with AI tools, and foster an AI-first mindset across the organization. Before spearheading AI transformation at Make, Sara managed data projects at a Paris-based scale-up and led a cybersecurity program at BNP Paribas. She is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech, with a focus on supporting women in STEM.
